SHIPPING
1. Ready-Made/In-Stock items
- Processing time: Orders are packed and shipped within 2-4 business days after payment confirmation.
- Domestic Delivery (India): Typically, 5-8 business days after dispatch.
- International Delivery: Typically, 10-20 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
- Once dispatches, you'll receive a tracking link by email.
2. Made-to-Order/Pre-Order items
Our made-to-order pieces are crafted with care and require additional time.
- Production time: Please allow 2-3 weeks for the item to be handmade and prepared for dispatch.
- Shipping time: Once dispatched, standard delivery times apply - Domestic: 5-8 business days; International: 10-20 business days.
- If your order includes both in-stock and made-to-order items, we may ship them separately to avoid details.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.
- We occasionally offer free shipping promotions- keep an eye on our social channels.
4. Customs & Duties (International Orders)
- International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes determined by your local customs office.
- These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping rates and are the customer's responsibility.
5. Address Accuracy & Failed Deliveries
- Please ensure your shipping address in entered correctly.
- If a package is returned to us due to incorrect details or failed delivery attempts, we will issue store credit minus the shipping cost. Reshipping may require an additional fee.
6. Tracking your order
- You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
- Tracking may take 24-48 hours to activate with the courier.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Thank you for shopping at Sly Viper. We want you to love your purchase - but if something isn't right, here's how returns & refunds work.
1. Returns
- We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of the delivery date.
- to be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a partial credit. Note: "Original condition" means the product shows no signs of wear, staining, laundering, or physical alteration.
2. Refunds
- Refunds for eligible returns are provided as Sly Viper store Credit (digital gift card or account credit) rather than to the original payment method. We will issue store credit equivalent to the returned items' paid value (excluding original shipping fees, unless the return is due to our error.) This helps us keep prices fair and support a sustainable restocking process.
- Store credit will be processed within 7-14 business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned item. You'll receive an email confirmation when your credit is issued.
3. Return Shipping Cost
- Customers are responsible for paying return shipping unless the return in due to an error by Sly Viper (e.g., wrong or defective item. If a return is due to our error, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs after approval.
- We recommend shipping returns with tracking and adequate packaging - Sly Viper is not responsible for items lost in transit during a customer-initiated return.
4. Damaged, defective or incorrect items
- If your item arrived damaged/ defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact slyviper.help@gmail.com, with photos of the item and order number. We will evaluate and, where approved, offer either exchange (where applicable), or full store credit including original shipping (if the fault is ours).
- Please report damaged/incorrect items within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.
5. Non- Returnable items
- Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned, including (but not limited to): personalized or custom-made items, le4earance/final sale items (explicitly labeled). Make sure to check the product page for any item-specific return restrictions before purchase.
6. How to make a return
- Email slyviper.help@gmail.com with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return. Include photos if the item is damaged or defective.
- Wait for return authorization. We will respond within 48 business hours. Authorized returns will include return instructions and the return address.
- Pack the item securely, include the packing slip or order number, and ship using a trackable service. Keep your tracking number until the return is processed.
7. Exchanges
- Exchanges (for size or different in-stock item(s)) are handled as a return + new order. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue store credit which you may use to place a new order. If you'd like help reserving an item or choosing a size before returning, contact us and we'll do our best to assist.
8. Disputes, consumer rights and compliance
- Sly Viper Operators complies with applicable e-commerce disclosure and consumer protection rules in India. Our return, refund and grievance redressal practices are provided to give clarity and fairness to our customers. If you have unresolved concerns, please contact our customer support; we will provide details of the grievance redressal officer and escalation as required by law.
9. Fraud
- We reserve the right to refuse returns or store credit where we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse of the return process (e.g., repeated return of used goods or returns of items that do not match our inspection.) To prevent misuse and keep prices fair for everyone we may apply additional verification measures for certain returns.
10. Cancellations
At Sly Viper, we work quickly to prepare and ship your orders, but we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel.
Orders cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us as slyviper.help@gmail.com with your order number.
- After 24 hours, your order may already be processed or shipped, and we cannot guarantee cancellation. In such cases, you can refer to our return & refund guidance above.
Pre-Orders & made-to-order items
Pre orders or custom-made items can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Once production begins, cancellations are not possible.
Refunds for Cancellations
- Approved cancellations will be refunded in the form of store credit equal to the paid order value.
- Store credit will be issued within 3-5 business days of cancellation confirmation.
