1. Shipping
- Accessories: Items will be packed and shipped within 3 business days. Product should reach you in 2-7 business days, depending on area code.
- Shirts: Items will be packed and shipped within 15 business days. Product should reach you in 2-7 business days, depending on area code.
We want you to love your purchase - but if something isn't right, here's how exchanges work.
2. Exchanges
- We accept exchanges on eligible items within 7 days of the delivery date.
- To be eligible for a exchange, the item(s) must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. Items that do not meet these conditions will be refused.
- Email slyviper.help@gmail.com with your order number, item(s) you wish to exchange. Include photos if the item is damaged or defective.
- Wait for return authorization. We will respond within 48 business hours.
- Exchanges are subject to availability of ordered product. In case of unavailability, a gift card or store credit will be issued.
2. Cancellations
At Sly Viper, we work quickly to prepare and ship your orders, but we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel.
Orders cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us as slyviper.help@gmail.com with your order number.
- After 24 hours, your order may already be processed or shipped, and we cannot guarantee cancellation.
